MADISON, Wisconsin, Sept. 5 -- The Wisconsin Democratic Party issued the following statement by Chair Martha Laning on the oral arguments in Wisconsin Attorney General Brad Schimel's lawsuit to strike down the Affordable Care Act's protections for the 2.4 million Wisconsinites who have pre-existing conditions:
