CARSON CITY, Nevada, Sept. 5 -- The Nevada Democratic Party issued the following news release:
Today marks one year since Pres. Trump unilaterally decided to rescind DACA. While attorneys general across the country swiftly responded for or against Trump's move, Republican attorney general and gubernatorial candidate Adam Laxalt has stayed silent for an entire year, taking zero action to protect Nevada's 13,000 DACA beneficiaries from deportation.
