ALLENDALE, Michigan, Aug. 24 -- Grand Valley State University issued the following news:
Kevin Patterson graduated from Grand Valley with a master's degree in 2005 and on August 24, he finally got his selfie with President Thomas J. Haas.
It happened during the speech Patterson gave in front of thousands of first-year students, faculty and staff members, and guests at Convocation in the Fieldhouse.
