N.Y. Education Department Issues Joint Statement on Funding for Weapons

ALBANY, New York, Aug. 23 -- The New York State Education Department issued the following joint statement by Chancellor Betty A. Rosa and Commissioner MaryEllen Elia on possible federal funding for weapons:
