Today, U.S. Senators Tom Udall (D-N.M.), Shelley Moore Capito (R-W.Va.), both members of the Senate Appropriations Committee, and Martin Heinrich (D-N.M.) introduced a bipartisan amendment to build and strengthen America's caregiving workforce.
