WASHINGTON, Aug. 21 -- The office of Sen. Joe Manchin, D-West Virginia, issued the following news release:
Today, U.S. Senators Joe Manchin (D-WV) and Shelley Moore Capito (R-WV), members of the Senate Appropriations Committee, announced $1,000,000 from the National Science Foundation for the West Virginia University Research Corporation.
