Canadian Ministry of Advanced Education Issues Statement Honouring Eid Al-Adha

OTTAWA, Ontario, Aug. 22 -- The Canadian Ministry of Advanced Education, Skills and Training issued the following statement in honour of Eid al-Adha, the Feast of the Sacrifice:

"Today marks the beginning of the celebration of Eid al-Adha, the Feast of the Sacrifice. Eid al-Adha is one of the holiest celebrations in Islam, marking the end of the Hajj, the pilgrimage to Mecca.
