LITTLE ROCK, Arkansas, Aug. 21 -- The University of Arkansas's Little Rock campus issued the following news:
This fall, aspiring Central Arkansas entrepreneurs can take advantage of free business startup workshops presented by theArkansas Small Business and Technology Development Center in partnership with the City of Little Rock.
