FAYETTEVILLE, North Carolina, Aug. 21 -- Fayetteville State University issued the following news release:
Fayetteville State University (FSU) and Fayetteville Technical Community College (FTCC) signed an agreement today that will allow FTCC graduates to complete an online bachelor's degree at FSU at a total cost of no more than $10,000 in out-of-pocket expenses.
