NEWARK, New Jersey, Aug. 20 -- The Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey issued the following news release:
Rutgers Athletics enters into a multi-year agreement with Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey (Horizon BCBSNJ), naming the state's largest health insurer as the "Official Health Insurance Partner of the Scarlet Knights."
