WASHINGTON, Aug. 20 -- District of Columbia Mayor Muriel Bowser issued the following news release:
Mayor Bowser today cut the ribbon at the newly-modernized MacFarland Dual Language Middle School, DCPS' only dual language middle school, in Ward 4.
