RICHMOND, Virginia, Aug. 20 -- Rep. A. Donald McEachin, D-Virginia, issued the following news release:
Congressman A. Donald McEachin (VA-04) announced a grant award of $7,508,838 for Richmond City Public Schools' Early Head Start and Head Start programs.
