JACKSONVILLE, Florida, Aug. 20 -- The U.S. Attorney for the Middle District of Florida, Maria Chapa Lopez, issued the following news release:
U.S. District Judge Brian J. Davis today sentenced Elizabeth M. Jordan to 21 months in federal prison for aiding and assisting others with the filing of fraudulent tax returns. The court also sentenced Jordan's daughter, Dolores A. Youmans, to 5 years' probation for the same offense. In addition, each was also ordered to pay restitut . . .
