BALTIMORE, Maryland, Aug. 20 -- The American Civil Liberties Union of Maryland issued the following news release:
This week we celebrate ribbon cuttings for an unprecedented five new or fully renovated schools that will open to students and communities this fall. These events mark a major step forward in the effort to modernize schools across the city.
