BOWIE, Maryland, Aug. 3 -- Bowie State University issued the following news release:
Two recent Philadelphia-area high school graduates received full-ride, four-year scholarships to attend Bowie State University in Maryland, thanks to a $100,000 gift from the Maguire Foundation, a Pennsylvania-based nonprofit organization providing scholarships for high-achieving students from families in need.
