CHICAGO, Illinois, July 31 -- The American Medical Association issued the following news release:
The American Medical Association (AMA) today urged HHS Secretary Alex M. Azar, II, to withdraw the Administration's Notice of Proposed Rulemaking (NPRM) that proposes to significantly revise the regulations governing the federal Title X family planning program.
"We are very concerned that the proposed changes, if implemented, would undermine patients' access . . .
