CHEYNEY, Pennsylvania, July 31 -- Gov. Tom Wolf, D-Pennsylvania, issued the following news:

Governor Tom Wolf visited Cheyney University of Pennsylvania today to help announce the school's partnership with Thomas Jefferson University, Epcot Crenshaw Corp., and Starbucks Coffee to create the Institute for the Contemporary African American Experience, which will study issues related to race, ethnicity, access and diversity in American society.
