Michigan Municipal League Foundation Announces Scholarship Recipients

ANN ARBOR, Michigan, July 30 -- The Michigan Municipal League issued the following news release:

The Michigan Municipal League Foundation is pleased to announce the recipients of the John Barr Leadership Education Scholarship.The scholarship covers up to $1,000 each for municipal managers and elected officials to get training to help their communities.

The recipients are:

* Joe LaRussa, newly elected to the Farmington City Council
