Jewish Voice for Peace is deeply concerned for the rights of students across the country following today's confirmation of the controversial nominee Kenneth Marcus as Assistant Secretary for Civil Rights at the Department of Education.
"Marcus is eminently unqualified to serve in a position intended to protect civil rights, and instead is likely to use his power to violate them . . .
