WASHINGTON, June 7 -- The office of Sen. Robert Casey Jr., D-Pennsylvania, issued the following statement following the Department of Education anti-union labor agreement:
"In an Administration that has made a habit of breaking promises and attacking working families, the Department of Education recently reached another new low. Three months ago, the Department of Education unilaterally threw out an active contract with its employees and replaced it with anti-labor and anti-wor . . .
