DENVER, Colorado, June 6 -- Regis University issued the following news release:
Amid worsening violence, Jesuit universities throughout the United States are coming together to support the University of Central America (UCA) in Nicaragua, which has become embroiled in political unrest that has claimed at least 100 lives and led to hundreds of injured people.
On Wednesday, Regis University President the Rev. John P. Fitzgibbons, S.J., issued the following message:
