WASHINGTON, June 6 -- The House Financial Services subcommittee on Financial Institutions and Consumer Credit issued the following testimony by Richard Hunt, president and CEO of the Consumer Bankers Association, at a hearing entitled "Improving Transparency and Accountability at the Bureau of Consumer Financial Protection":
