SACRAMENTO, California, June 4 -- The California Community Colleges Chancellor's Office issued the following statement by Chancellor Eloy Ortiz Oakley on the appointment of Jolena M. Grande to the California Community Colleges Board of Governors by California Gov. Jerry Brown:
