PORTLAND, Oregon, June 4 -- The U.S. Department of Agriculture's Rural Development - Oregon office issued the following news release:
The U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) Rural Development is accepting applications for grants to improve the rural economy by helping individuals and businesses start, expand, or improve rural cooperatives and other mutually-owned businesses.
