WESTMINSTER, Maryland, May 30 -- Carroll Community College issued the following news release:
Carroll Community College (Carroll) announces Carroll County residents who graduate from high school in 2018 do not need to wait for the Maryland Community College Promise Scholarship that begins with the 2019-2020 academic year. Eligible students who enroll and register by July 13, 2018 may qualify for a one-year Carroll Promise Scholarship for the upcoming 2018-2019 academic year.
