WASHINGTON, May 29 -- The office of Sen. Patty Murray, D-Washington, ranking member of the Senate Health, Education, Labor and Pensions Committee, issued the following statement following a federal court ruling that blocked the Trump administration's efforts to revoke grants in the teen pregnancy prevention program:
