PHOENIX, Arizona, May 30 -- The House Homeland Security subcommittee on Border and Maritime Security issued the following testimony by NotMYkid Co-Founder Debbie Moak at a field hearing entitled "An Unsecure Border and the Opioid Crisis: The Urgent Need for Action to Save Lives":
