CANBERRA, Australia, May 30 -- The Pharmacy Guild of Australia issued the following news release:
By the end of 2018, a My Health Record will be created for every Australian, unless they choose not to have one.
This initiative will provide community pharmacists with timely access to their patients' key health information. This access will ensure better health outcomes for patients and improved clinical decision making for community pharmacists.
