WILLIAMSPORT, Pennsylvania, May 29 -- The U.S. Attorney for the Middle District of Pennsylvania, David J. Freed, issued the following news release:
The United States Attorney's Office for the Middle District of Pennsylvania announced today that Marc Punzalan, age 24, of Rockville, Maryland, was indicted on May 24, 2018, by a federal grand jury on one count of stalking and one count of the attempted sexual exploitation of a minor.
