NEWARK, New Jersey, May 29 -- The U.S. Attorney for the District of New Jersey, Craig Carpenito, issued the following news release:
A Kissimmee, Florida, man was convicted at trial today of tax fraud, U.S. Attorney Craig Carpenito announced.
Sixto Rodriguez, 55, was found guilty of all 17 counts of an indictment charging him with three counts of filing false tax returns on behalf of himself and fourteen counts of aiding and assisting in the preparation and presentation . . .
