WASHINGTON, May 29 -- Sen. Patty Murray, D-Washington, ranking Democratic member of the Senate Health, Education, Labor and Pensions Committee, issued the following opening remarks at an executive session to mark up the Pandemic and All-Hazards Preparedness Act:
