BIRMINGHAM, Alabama, May 22 -- Birmingham-Southern College issued the following news release:
BSC President Linda Flaherty-Goldsmith announced today that Birmingham-Southern College has received a three-year, $100,000 new president's grant from The Andrew W. Mellon Foundation.
The funds may be used at the president's discretion in programs that bolster the arts, humanities, and interpretive social sciences.
