Gov. Scott: Education Commissioner Pam Stewart to Visit Puerto Rico, Offer Continued Assistance to Displaced Students

TALLAHASSEE, Florida, May 18 -- Gov. Rick Scott, R-Florida, issued the following news release:

Today, Governor Rick Scott announced that Commissioner of Education Pam Stewart will travel to Puerto Rico on Sunday, May 20 to offer assistance and ongoing support for Puerto Rico's recovery. Puerto Rico Department of Education Secretary Dr. Julia Keleher requested that Commissioner Stewart visit the island.
