WASHINGTON, May 18 -- The House Energy and Commerce subcommittee on Digital Commerce and Consumer Protection issued the following testimony by Christopher Monroe, chief scientist and co-founder of IonQ, and testified on behalf of the National Photonics Initiative, at a hearing entitled "Disrupter Series: Quantum Computing":
