NEW YORK, May 18 -- The International Finance Corp., a member of the World Bank Group, issued the following news release:
The Women Entrepreneurs Opportunity Facility ("WEOF"), a first-of-its-kind partnership between the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Women program and IFC, a member of the World Bank Group, has now invested more than $1 billion in women entrepreneurs in emerging markets, delivering much-needed capital to small businesses and far surpassing the facility's origin . . .
