MADISON, Wisconsin, May 18 -- The Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction issued the following statement by Superintendent Tony Evers after signing a memorandum of understanding with the Lac du Flambeau Band of Lake Superior Chippewa covering current and future work to improve educational outcomes for students:
