HOLBROOK, Arizona, May 17 -- Northland Pioneer College issued the following news release:
The Navajo County Community College District Governing Board voted not to increase property taxes by the maximum two percent allowed by state law; instead choosing to limit the district's levy increase to the amount associated with new construction.
