WASHINGTON, May 17 -- The U.S. Department of State issued the following transcript of the daily press briefing by spokesperson Heather Nauert:
MS NAUERT: Hi, everybody. How are you today?
QUESTION: Freezing.
MS NAUERT: It is cold. It'll keep you awake. (Laughter.)
QUESTION: Yeah.
