BISMARCK, North Dakota, May 17 -- Bismark State College issued the following news release:
Bismarck State College recently recognized professional achievements of faculty and staff at the 11th annual BSC Celebration.
BSC President Larry C. Skogen conferred the rank of full professor to two faculty members - Dr. Theresa Felderman, professor of psychology; and Dr. Vickie Volk, professor of computers and office technology.
