Raritan Valley Community College's (RVCC) Board of Trustees welcomed new members Roger R. Locandro of Stockton and Donna M. Simon of Whitehouse Station at its meeting held Tuesday, May 15. Locandro and Simon were appointed to their positions by the Hunterdon County Board of Chosen Freeholders.
