HANCEVILLE, Alabama, May 16 -- Wallace State Community College issued the following news:
Wallace State graduate Morelia Tinajero has been named the 2017-2018 Student Support Services (SSS) Student of the Year.
Last Friday night, she also became the first person in her family to graduate from college. Tinajero, 21, has five siblings, ranging from 20 years old to an infant.
