ETSU Center Starts Syringe Exchange Program

JOHNSON CITY, Tennessee, May 16 -- East Tennessee State University issued the following news:

East Tennessee State University's Center of Excellence for Inflammation, Infectious Disease and Immunity will now provide new, unused needles and naloxone to people who inject drugs through participation in a new statewide program to help prevent the spread of HIV/AIDS and viral hepatitis.
