WASHINGTON, May 15 -- Sen. Patty Murray, D-Washington, ranking Democratic member of the Senate Health, Education, Labor and Pensions Committee, issued the following floor statement in opposition to President Trump's nomination of Mitchell Zais to serve as Deputy Secretary of the Department of Education:
