LARAMIE, Wyoming, May 15 -- The University of Wyoming issued the following news release:
The city of Laramie's water department has delayed plans to repair a broken water valve in the intersection of 13th and Lewis streets.
The repair likely will take place no earlier than Thursday, May 17, meaning a related water outage on part of the University of Wyoming campus won't happen until that time.
