Lacklustre Innovation Performance Puts Atlantic Provinces at Back Of The Class

OTTAWA, Ontario, May 14 -- The Conference Board of Canada issued the following news release:

Nova Scotia, Newfoundland and Labrador, Prince Edward Island, and New Brunswick find themselves at the back of the class on The Conference Board of Canada's How Canada Performs: Innovation report card. The Atlantic provinces earn "D-" grades on the second innovation report card to compare Canada, the 10 provinces and 15 peer countries.
