AMHERST, Massachusetts, May 14 -- Hampshire College issued the following news:
Hampshire College has earned a STARS Gold rating from the Association for the Advancement of Sustainability in Higher Education (AASHE), recognizing the College's sustainability achievements in five areas: 1) academics, 2) engagement, 3) operations, 4) planning and administration, and 5) innovation and leadership. Only some 135 colleges and universities worldwide have earned a Gold or Platinum rating . . .
