As Congress begins work on legislation to fund the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) for fiscal year 2019, one priority should be to renew all Housing Choice Vouchers that families are currently using, as well as to fund additional vouchers to reduce homelessness and address other urgent affordability problems.
