BUFFALO, New York, May 10 -- The U.S. Attorney for the Western District of New York, James P. Kennedy Jr., issued the following news release:
U.S. Attorney James P. Kennedy, Jr. announced today that Morgan Fallon, 37, of Buffalo, NY, was arrested and charged by criminal complaint with transmitting in interstate commerce a threat to injure the person of another. The charge carries a maximum penalty of five years in prison and a $250,000 fine.
