WASHINGTON, May 10 -- The office of Sen. Shelley Moore Capito, R-West Virginia, issued the following news release:
U.S. Senators Shelley Moore Capito (R-W.Va.) and Joe Manchin (D-W.Va.), members of the Senate Appropriations Committee, today announced $4,537,034 for Coalfield Community Action Partnership (CAP) through the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services. Funding will support Coalfield CAP's Head Start program in Mingo and McDowell counties.
