OXFORD, Mississippi, May 10 -- The University of Mississippi issued the following news release:
Hannah Day, a senior education major from Tishomingo at the University of Mississippi at Booneville, recently was selected to receive the university's top academic honor as a Taylor medalist for the 2017-18 academic year.
Day was presented her award during the annual Honors Convocation on the Oxford campus.
